Free Delivery Across Australia

At 5 Minute Blinds, we offer free delivery on all our custom-made products to the majority of our customers – about 96% of the Australian population.

Yes, you read that right – unlike our competitors who charge between $50 and $150 or require a minimum spend, we cover the cost of delivery for most orders!

How Delivery Works

  1. Order Completion: Once your custom-made blinds or curtains are ready, we’ll assign a courier company based on your location and product size.
  2. Tracking Code: You’ll receive a tracking code via email when your order is picked up by the courier.
  3. Delivery Time: Expect your order to arrive within 3-10 days from the shipping date, depending on your location. Sometimes even sooner!
  4. Authority to Leave: Our couriers have the authority to leave products at your address. If you won’t be home, please notify us in the special comments during checkout. Please note that we’re not responsible for damage or loss if the location is unattended during delivery.

Rural Areas and Depot Delivery

In some rural areas, orders may be delivered to the nearest depot, such as an Australia Post or freight depot. You’ll be notified if this applies to your order.

Damaged Products

If your product is damaged during delivery, please follow these steps:

  1. Do Not Accept: If you receive an order with obvious damage, refuse to accept it. This ensures it will be returned directly to us.
  2. Email Us: If you discover damage after delivery, email us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  3. Include Photos: Attach photo evidence of the damage in your email.

We’ll review the situation and provide a suitable solution.

Delivery Tips

  • Consider having your order delivered to your workplace (if allowable), ensuring someone will be available to receive it.
  • During checkout, use the special comments section to leave any important delivery instructions.
