How it Works
- Once your order is made, we’ll assign a courier (usually Direct Freight Express) based on your location and the size of your order.
- You’ll get an email with a tracking link as soon as it ships.
- Most deliveries arrive within 3–10 business days from dispatch.
- You don’t need to be home to receive delivery – the couriers will have authority to leave. If you’re not going to be home, considering using a work address or leaving delivery notes during checkout.
Protect Your Order in Transit
While we pack every product with care, delivery is handled by third-party couriers. And sometimes things go wrong in transit.
That’s why every order includes Delivery Insurance at no extra charge. If your product is lost or damaged in transit, we’ll remake it free of charge. You’ll have 8 days from delivery to notify us and submit photo evidence.
