Our 10-Year Warranty Promise

At 5 Minute Blinds, we stand behind the quality of our products.

That’s why we’re proud to offer a comprehensive 10-year warranty on all materials, parts, and workmanship.

This includes fabrics, mechanisms, and components.

What’s Covered

  • Defects in materials, parts, and workmanship resulting in product failure
  • Repair or full replacement of defective products
  • Transport costs for the first 12 months of the warranty (if products need to be sent back for repair)

How to Claim Your Warranty

  1. Contact us: Get in touch with our customer support team to report the issue.
  2. Provide evidence: Send us photos and information about the defect.
  3. Leave the rest to us: We’ll arrange everything else, including repair or replacement.

Shipping & Transport

  1. For the first 12 months of the warranty, we cover the transport costs if products need to be sent back to us for repair.
  2. After 12 months, customers are responsible for getting the defective products to our Melbourne location.
  3. We’ll ship out the replacement or repaired product free of charge.

Warranty Limitations

  • Products must not be modified, subjected to misuse, improper installation, or improper cleaning.
  • Normal wear and tear, including natural fabric fading and fabric movement (such as slight shrinkage or stretching), is not covered under the warranty.
  • The warranty only covers product failure; if the product still functions, the warranty does not apply.
  • The customer must provide the original sales invoice to make a warranty claim
