5 Minute Blinds Terms and Conditions
By purchasing from Better Blinds Online Pty LTD (trading as “5 Minute Blinds”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1 - Custom-Made Products
All products purchased from 5 Minute Blinds are custom-made according to the specifications you provide during the ordering process. As a result, it is essential to ensure that all measurements and information are accurate before submitting your order. We cannot accept responsibility for any errors in the information you provide.
2 - Returns and Refunds
a. Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product by providing clear photos and a description of the defect. If we determine that the product is indeed defective, we will either repair or replace the product at our discretion, in accordance with our warranty terms.
b. Incorrect Size or Specifications
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for products ordered with incorrect sizes or specifications. It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided during the ordering process is accurate.
3 - Cancellation Policy
As our products are custom-made, we cannot accept order cancellations once the production process has begun. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If production has not yet started, we may be able to accommodate your cancellation request.
4 - Shipping and Delivery
We will provide you with an estimated shipping date for your order. While we strive to meet these estimates, we cannot guarantee delivery times due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays. Please refer to our delivery policy for more information.
5 - Offers and Promotions
Each offer or promotion provided by 5 Minute Blinds, including the $200 discount for first-time customers, is intended for a single use per individual or family unit across all residences owned or occupied. These offers cannot be reapplied for multiple orders, even if these orders are for different addresses or placed under different names and email addresses. Offers and promotions are limited to one use per household, including all family members and residents. Thanks!

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of 5 Minute Blinds and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without our prior written consent.
7- Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
